PETROTERMINAL DE PANAMÁ, S.A. PROVIDES SUPPORT TO LOCAL FARMERS IN THE NGÄBE BUGLÉ REGION
As part of its commitment to community development, Petroterminal de Panamá, S.A. donated agricultural production supplies to the Nuestra Señora del Camino Foundation, to continue contributing to the planting project of improved Robusta coffee in which farmers of the Ngäbe Bugle ethnic group participate.
This project benefits 31 families of coffee growers in 4 communities of the Ngäbe Buglé region. This benefit contributes directly to guarantee the continuity of the planting of 23 hectares of improved robusta coffee beans; project that the company has been supporting since 2022.
On this occasion the donation consisted of:
– Fertilizers
– Amino acids
– Nutrients (Boron)
– Fungicides
– Insecticides
– Fuel
– Other supplies related to production.
All this donation was for a total value of B/.10,000.00 in supplies.

We continue working on initiatives that promote the social, economic and environmental well-being of the communities where we operate,” said Eduardo Hevia, General Manager.
