PETROTERMINAL STRENGTHENS WELDING TRAINING IN BARÚ WITH DONATION TO INADEH

In alignment with SDG 4, which promotes inclusive and quality education, PTP has reinforced its commitment to technical and vocational education through a significant donation of supplies and scrap metal materials to the National Institute for Professional Training and Development for Human Resources (Instituto Nacional de Formación Profesional y Capacitación para el Desarrollo Humano, INADEH). This valuable contribution will provide the essential resources for 150 students in the welding course to carry out their practical training, enhancing their learning experience and effectively preparing them for the competitive job market.

The donation, valued at B/. 1,457.55, includes a wide range of essential materials and equipment for welding training, such as:

  • Varied metal material
  • Oxygen cylinder
  • Argon cylinder
  • Acetylene cylinder
  • Electrodes

Thanks to this delivery, INADEH students will be able to complete their practice hours under optimal conditions, using quality materials that simulate real-world working conditions . This opportunity not only enriches their practical learning, but also increases their chances of success in the competitive welding job market.

INADEH offers welding courses throughout the year, distributed in up to five levels of training. These courses are designed to provide young people in Barú with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish their own welding workshops or successfully integrate into the labor market.

With this donation, INADEH continues to advance its mission of training young people in Barú, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to build a promising future in the field of welding.
